Bryan Dumm

Cello

Cellist Bryan Dumm, has been a member of the Cleveland Orchestra since 1986. Prior to this appointment he was Principal Cellist of the Alabama Symphony and a member of the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra. In addition to orchestral work, Mr.Dumm has performed in chamber music concerts across America and in Europe and Asia. He has been a member of the Brioso and Amici String Quartets, the Cleveland Octet and the Myriad Ensemble. He is a founding member of the Samaris Piano Trio whose debut CD Café Music can be heard on the Newport Classics label. Mr. Dumm is currently on the cello faculty of the Cleveland Institute of Music and Cleveland State University.
